THE PROJECT
Make dense policy usable at the moment instructors need it.
The challenge
Faculty needed a consistent way to recognize, document, and respond to student training deficiencies. Updated policy language and remediation procedures had to be accurate without becoming difficult to navigate or apply.
What I built
A responsive Rise course that combines concise policy explanations, case-based examples, and step-by-step remediation guidance. The structure helps instructors move from “what the policy says” to “what I should do in this situation.”
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
I transformed a rulebook into a usable path.
The course does more than repeat policy. It organizes the material around the situations instructors face, shows how the rules apply, and makes the next action easier to identify.
MY CONTRIBUTION
From source documents to finished course.
Interpreting policy updates, scripting learning content, organizing the instructional flow, writing cases, designing the visual layout, and completing full Rise development. Tools included Rise, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and military SOP documentation.
